The Mt. Itasca Winter Sports Center is a beautiful ski center located just minutes from Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Our facility includes:

- Ski jumping complex: 10-, 20-, 40- and 70-meter jumps and vintage junior chalet
- “Area 51” snowboard terrain

CROSS COUNTRY
MINNESOTA SKI PASS is required on all grant-in-aid trails. Our trails are maintained by the Itasca County Parks & Trail Department, Chippewa National Forest, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Trails & Waterways division, and the Northern Lights Nordic Ski Club.
SNOWBOARD, DOWNHILL, AND SLEDDING
NEWTON SLEDDING HILL – Right next to Murphy Elementary School, Newton Sledding Hill is perfect for the whole family! Park at the bottom of the hill at NE 4th Ave and 7th Street.
MT. ITASCA – The biggest hill in town- Mt. Itasca offers skiing, snowboarding, and tubing! Rentals are available! Mt. Itasca Winter Sports Center
