The main level boasts a fully updated kitchen, dining room, spacious living room that overlooks the beautiful waters of Tioga Pit. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with areas for prepping meals and simple gatherings. The master bedroom has a luxury King-sized bed with a view of the lake, and you’ll wake up to incredible sunrises! Be entertained as you walk downstairs, the entertaining spaces expand to include a shuffleboard, comfy couch and 60” TV. 

Looking for a fun-filled summer day? We are right on the water! We have a private recreational dock where you can access and glide across the turquoise blue waters of Tioga Mine Pit using our two paddleboards and tandem kayak. 

Do you love winter sports? We are 3 minutes from Tioga Recreation Area that features 25 miles of trails for snowshoeing and fat-tire bike riding. The Itasca County Snowmobile Trail is a couple minute ride where you can then access the eighteen different snowmobile trails located on 600+ miles of scenic lands. The Sugar Hills Ski trails are minutes away with over 17 miles to skate or classic ski on.
