Moose Lake Resort is located 20 miles north of Grand Rapids (and 10 miles from Deer River) on Moose Lake. The resort features 12 cabins nicely spaced along 1200 feet of shoreline, and 40 acres of land. Cabins include either two or three bedrooms, and most are located within 20 feet of the shoreline for easy lake access and beautiful water views.

Cabins have completely furnished kitchens including microwaves, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, drip coffee maker, toaster, and televisions. Each cabin also has a picnic table and charcoal grill outside. All cabins are non-smoking. Open May – October; rates vary according to season. One cabin is open and available for winter vacations.

Moose Lake is an exceptionally clean 1200 acre lake and is known for its muskie, walleye, jumbo perch and pan fish. Many other area lakes are located within close proximity, so there are always new lakes to try. Each cabin includes the use of one dock space for your boat. The three large docks provide ample boat space, and launch service is available. Fishing and pontoon boat rentals are available. Guests may access free use of life jackets, canoes, paddleboats, kayaks and dock electricity for their boat electronics.

Light groceries, snacks and gift items are available in the on-site store. Live bait, gas, lake maps, free fish wrapping, freezer service on site. Some dogs allowed with prior arrangement for an additional charge. Additional charge for day visitors ensures our full-time guests get the privacy and attention they expect in a Minnesota resort vacation. In order to provide all guests with the relaxing experience they desire, jet skis, dirt bike, motorcycles, and ATV’s of any kind are not allowed on the resort property or shoreline.
