The trail is groomed from Deer River to the taconite trail and from Deer River to the Squaw Lake trail. The groomer had some mechanical issues on the way back from the Squaw lake trail where the trail crosses highway 46. It is still there but off the trail. Please be aware when traveling there. Most places are in good shape but some areas need more snow.
