Yanmar Arena is home to two indoor ice arenas and one outdoor pavilion. While we are busy with ice during the winter months, we host a variety of events such as trade shows, banquets, and concerts March – September. We also offer newly remodeled meeting/banquet rooms year-round. We are happy to accommodate events of any size!

Food Service: We have a proprietary catering menu, and partner with many other catering options. coHaus also has a partnership with the HR Bar, for any all alcohol options you can think of.

Welcome Group Meeting Coordinators and Planners. It would be our pleasure to have the opportunity to host your Group in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. The unique difference that the Grand Rapids, MN area can offer your group over another place is the balance between indoor meeting spaces and outdoors nature. Our Group meeting facilities offer a wide variety of AV and sound equipment for small (25 people) to medium (250 people+) groups. There is a wide variety of group meeting facilities that offer a combination of indoor and outdoor space. Grand Rapids is surrounded by over 1M publicly accessible forest acres where there are 1,140 area lakes and 2,000 miles of designated trails. Grand Rapids, MN is known as the Outdoor Mecca of the North. With the abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities, your group attendees can enjoy a wide variety of outdoor entertainment and sports activities.
There are three convention spaces: Sugar Lake Lodge, Timberlake Lodge Hotel and Yanmar Arena. Sugar Lake Lodge and Timberlake Lodge Hotel have lodging attached to their convention spaces that offer group room facilities space from 25-250 people+. Additional group meeting facilities offer meeting rooms, theater spaces, arena spaces, and creative outdoor space facilities. At many of these facilities outdoor tents and other equipment can be brought in to create a one of a kind group gathering experience. Many of the facilities have on site staff that will help coordinate with you and your team to ensure all of the details are perfect and exceed your expectations.
This small town with lots of charm offers state of the art meeting spaces and professional group meeting staff that provide high customer service standards. These professionals will assist from inquiries to post events; from availability, pricing, room layouts, catering and onsite food/beverage options, technical capabilities, and other aspects of hosting group meetings and events. Visit Grand Rapids staff offers off-site resource assistance to help with entertainment, area attractions, outdoor recreation trail maps, and more for groups of 50 people.
