Sgraffito Mugs
Join us for an evening of color, creativity, and carving as we explore the beautiful pottery technique known as sgraffito.
You’ll begin with a handmade leather-hard mug coated in underglaze. Using carving tools, you’ll scratch through the colored surface to reveal the clay beneath, creating patterns, illustrations, botanical designs, or whatever inspires you.
Each registration includes:

Carving tools and instruction
Bisque firing after class

After class, your mug will be fired and you’ll be invited back to glaze your piece in approximately 7–10 days to glaze it before its final firing.
