Horse-Drawn History Tour

Join this scenic one-hour historic tour, where two strong and gentle draft horses pull a wheeled trolley through the Forest History Center. Learn about the geology, the natural history, and the human history that make up our 200-acre site. While rolling through the forest, you’ll visit the Mississippi River, our old Homestead ruins, our turn-of-the-century logging camp and river drive camp, and a 1934 Minnesota Forest Service cabin.
