Grand Rapids Players Present: Sir Valourant & The Dragon

The Grand Rapids Players have been traveling this summer to bringing a new, original family-friendly comedy, Sir Valourant & The Dragon, directly to our rural neighbors in northern Minnesota. Made possible by the Blandin Foundation, this highly interactive, physical comedy will tour multiple communities, offering FREE outdoor performances for all ages!
Sir Valourant & The Dragon is a jaunty, comedic fairy tale featuring a well-meaning knight, a willful princess, a stubborn king, a dabbling wizard, and an utterly ferocious, gigantic dragon! Guided by a saucy narrator and a crew of extremely helpful stage hands, the production breaks the fourth wall to deliver laugh-out-loud humor, magical mishaps, and fun for the entire family.
Join us for our homecoming show on August 15th on the KAXE lawn at 6pm. Bring your own chair or blanket for seating.
Information regarding weather related changes will be posted on our Facebook page. For more information on our show visit www.grplayers.com/placemaking.
