CVMA® Meatloaf Run Motorcycle Ride

Honor Veterans as Motorcycles Roll Through the Northland

 On Saturday, September 6, the public is encouraged to come out and show their support for Veterans during the 3rd Annual CVMA® Meatloaf Run Motorcycle Ride. The group will roll through eastern Itasca County and western St. Louis County in an annual ride hosted by the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® MN Chapter 48-8, based out of VFW 1720 in Grand Rapids. All motorcyclists are welcome to participate in the ride in support of Veterans.

 You’ll hear the rumble as the group makes its way through Marcell, Bigfork, Effie, Togo, Side Lake, Hibbing, Keewatin, Pengilly, Goodland, Warba, and Blackberry. Gather along the roads in your neighborhood and wave your US Flag to show your appreciation and support for those who have served in the US Armed Forces.

 So that you can get in on the action, here is an approximate schedule of the ride route (times may vary by 10–15 minutes). For everyone’s safety, please remain a safe distance from the roadway as the group rumbles by.

11:00: Grand Rapids: leave Itasca County Fairgrounds

11:01: Grand Rapids drive by Yanmar Arena

11:35: Marcell

11:55: Bigfork: arrive Golf on the Edge

1:00: Bigfork: leave Golf on the Edge

1:15: Effie

1:45: Togo

2:00: Cook: arrive Viking Bar

2:40: Cook: leave Viking Bar, south on Hwy 5

2:50: Side Lake

3:10: Chisholm roundabout

3:15-3:20: Hibbing

3:30: Keewatin: arrive American Legion

4:10: Keewatin: leave American Legion

4:20: Pengilly

4:35: Goodland

4:45: Warba

4:55: Blackberry: arrive at the final stop
