Children First! will mobilize communities to actively educate, nurture, and care for all children by providing special community events across Itasca county celebrating families. Events are brought to you by Itasca Area Community Education – funded in part by the Blandin Foundation. Children First! events are educational, nurturing, and fun! Don’t miss the Children’s First! Children’s Fair held the last Saturday in April at the IRA Civic Center.
