Hotdish Showdown
Do you make the best hotdish on both sides of the Mississippi? Can you judge the best hotdish? Prove it at KBC!
What is a hotdish? It is a casserole dish that must contain a starch, a protein, a vegetable, and a canned soup that is served warm or hot.
The serving day is Sunday, January 15th, 2023 at 2pm. Please be prepared with the equivalent of a 9×13 baking dish, which should provide about 50 small samples of your hotdish. We are limiting hotdish chef sign-ups to 10 individuals/teams total so sign up quick: https://forms.gle/RusHT87HwEWqVtXX6
Anyone can come in, pay a $10 fee (benefiting United Way 1000 Lakes) for a tray of ~2oz servings from each participant and the ability to vote for their favorites!
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners! And the 1st place champion will also go home with a coveted Bruce Klockow handcrafted trophy!
