The Hideaway Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath private cabin located one mile from the Loon Point Resort on Wasson Lake.  This private, wooded setting is ideal for people who want the privacy of their own vacation cabin, with the convenience of a professionally managed and well maintained property. Guests at The Hideaway Cabin may visit the resort and are welcomed to use resort amenities such as the boat launch access, swimming beach with water trampoline, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboat. A pontoon boat as well as fishing boats and motors are also available for rent from the resort.

Inside the Hideaway Cabin, guests enjoy three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as a walk out lower level that doubles as an extra family room space or sleeping space.  Sleeping arrangements include one Queen bed in the first bedroom, a full size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.  A pull-out sofa and a roll-away twin bed are also available so the cabin can accommodate up to 9 people.  The kitchen features modern appliances and is well equipped for vacation meals. The living room is furnished with rustic lodge style furnishings and has a fireplace for evening gatherings.

Outside the Hideaway Cabin, a large screened-in deck offers a picnic table for evening meals with a lake view.  The lower level has a walk out patio with additional seating.  A campfire ring is located in front of the cabin and firewood is provided.  A private dock is located in front of the cabin and guests may use the boat ramp at the resort.  (There is no public boat access on Wasson Lake which adds to the private appeal.)
