Pokegama Public Golf Course, Grand Rapids, is one of
the finest municipal golf courses in Minnesota. Originally a nine-hole layout with sand
greens, it was completely rebuilt into an excellent 18 hole test on the shores of Pokegama
Lake in 1977.
Designed by Brauer & Associates in 1977
along with some remodeling by Joel Goldstrand in 1994, this 6,481 yard, par-71
course ffers
breathtaking views of Pokegama Lake, rolling terrain, mature trees, water, abundant
bunkering and severely undulating greens. |
