Dining is an event at Sugar Lake Lodge.  Whether you're grabbing a sandwich at the turn of 18 holes, dining after a full day with the children, celebrating with friends or a special occasion with guests, Chef Gorrath and his seasoned staff have you in mind before you even arrive.  Fresh ingredients along with the talents of our own in-house artists, will surely please your appetite.  Three dining locations on site:

Otis' Restaurant, located in the Main Lodge, offers Sunday Brunch in the summer.  This beautiful lakeside venue is also the perfect location for special events and can be reserved through our Conference and Events Planning Department.  Otis' celebrates holiday traditions with our Valentine's Day Dinner and our fabulous Easter and Mother's Day Brunch.  All with their own special feel of food, ambiance and music.

Jack's Grill, overlooking the 18th green of Sugarbrooke Golf Course, offers guests a pub atmosphere featuring locally produced and grown delicacies.  Indoor and deck dining is available serving cocktails, wines, beers, and a menu to please all appetites.  Jack's is open daily for breakfast, lunch & dinner during our summer and winter seasons.

The Coffee Shop, is located in Otis' Restaurant featuring our own popular 'Ruttger Blend', espresso drinks, blended drinks, and fresh pastries.  Opening daily, bright and early for those required lattes and cappuccinos.

The Sawmill Inn, which is conveniently located in town on South Highway 169, offers two dining options. Exceptional food and superior service await you in the Cedars Dining Room for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Cedars hours are 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6:30 am to 9 pm on Sundays. Our restaurant is renowned for fresh hot popovers, homemade soups, Walleyed Pike a la Ritz, and our featured specialty, a 20oz. bone-in Ribeye, "the best steak in Rapids". A central fireplace adds to the coziness and ambience of our fine dining room. In addition, the Cedars Lounge is a perfect spot to relax with a beverage, grab a bite to eat and watch your favorite team on our big screen TV.
